Meet Aaron
Aaron Hodges, a native of Kansas City, developed his approach to sports performance through his extensive football career, which culminated in professional-level play. Following his football career, Hodges dedicated himself to assisting others in achieving their athletic potential by studying under the guidance of Joseph Potts, a former MLB Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Hodges’ extensive training experience, which spanned various facilities from Title Boxing Club in Boston to Equinox in Los Angeles, has enabled him to establish a successful brand based on his expertise and experience.
In 2020, Hodges shifted his focus to youth athletics. This strategic shift has resulted in the emergence of notable athletes, including Kelsie Donaldson, the 2026 High School Gatorade Player of the Year, and Makenna Moore, the 2026 Conference USA Freshman & Pitcher of the Year. These achievements, along with the development of other D1 scholarship athletes, underscore Hodges’ significant impact on the athletic community.
